Classic Hunter Semillon exhibiting grassy/minerally almost tropical fruit characters with good length of palate and attractive lemony acidity. A perfect accompaniment to all varieties of seafood. It has all the attributes to develop the aged toasty richness typical of Hunter Semillon which will start showing in this wine over the next 3-5 years.
