Vibrant deep pink/magenta in colour with a faint purple tinge (typical Chambourcin!). The aromas and flavours are all about fresh fruits - strawberries, guava, peach, lychee and watermelon. With little discernible tannin and a long clean finish this is the perfect wine to enjoy with antipasto, seafood and salad lunches and picnics.

Made from Muscat of Alexandra, these grapes were traditionally used for fortified wines, our Sparkling Moscato has been treated as if we were making a white wine, but with the fermentation stopped before the wine has reached dryness. This results in a lovely light fresh summery drink, with a blush of pink watermelon colour and a little fruity sweetness. Just prior to bottling, the bubbles are gently added for a refreshingly spritzy finish. At a low 8% alcohol it's just perfect as an aperitif.
