2010 Hunter Valley Gewürztraminer
With the interest in varietal white wines other than Chardonnay returning, we are pleased that during the vine pull of unfashionable varieties during the '80s, our little patch behind the winery escaped the axe. Exhibiting distinct varietal definition, our Gewürztraminer has lifted aromatic scents of rose petals and tropical fruit. We have left a hint of residual sweetness, which is well balanced by the fresh acid finish. Enjoy now or over the next 3 years.
