Capercaillie Wine Company is a small family owned, operating winery with
production capped at 5000 cases a year, ensuring the highest quality standards. It is
therefore impossible for us to provide extensive retail distribution of our wine. We
would consequently like to introduce you to our Clan Cellar Club and welcome you as
part of the family.
Please Note: Clan Cellar Club membership is only available for delivery within
Australia and is not available for purchase as gifts for a third party.

Terms and Conditions
The Clan Cellar Club Membership Rules
Valid from 1st July 2005
- One card only will be issued to the Clan member named on the application form.
- Members have the option of occasionally skipping a wine delivery only after
receiving the initial 2 deliveries (1 year's membership). However, if three
consecutive deliveries are skipped, membership will be cancelled.
- Clan membership number must be notified on all wine mail orders and presented
at Cellar Door to receive bonus gifts.
- Clan wine pack contents cannot be altered from that which is described in the
letter sent prior to delivery, however, members can swap between pack selections
e.g. from a red dozen to a mixed dozen.
- Clan membership number must be notified when booking accommodation and
membership card shown on arrival.
- Discounts and offers may be changed without notice and are subject to
availability.
- Membership card should be returned to Capercaillie Wine Co if Clan membership
is terminated.
- Capercaillie Wine Co may vary these rules or terminate members' benefits by
notice in writing to members.
- Capercaillie Wine Co or associated businesses may withdraw the memeber's
entitlement to discounts if these rules are not complied with or are abused.
- A card must not be copied or reproduced.
- All membership cards remain the property of Capercaillie Wine Co and must be
returned to Capercaillie if requested.
- Capercaillie should be notified immediately if cards are lost or stolen and will
arrange for a replacement card to be issued. A replacement card will not be issued
more than once every six months.
- Credit card details are provided on the understanding that they will at all times be
treated as being strictly confidential and shall only be used in accordance with the
member's permission.
- Membership will remain current until Capercaillie Wine Co is advised in writing
to the contrary. Members may withdraw from the Clan Cellar Club without cost
or further obligation at any time after having received the first 2 deliveries (ie 1
year) providing notification is given before the dispatch of the delivery.

Wine Pack Selections
All packs are delivered twice a year, usually in April and November. Packs are
charged to your credit card on dispatch, not in advance. Dispatch dates, pack
contents and exact pricing for packs will be advised approximately two weeks prior to
dispatch. This gives members the option of changing to a different pack from time to
time. Members have the option of occasionally skipping a wine delivery only after
receiving the initial 2 deliveries (1 year's membership).
